Working with rental assistance isn’t always easy.
We are here to change that.
Rental assistance is no longer the exception, it’s just part of doing business.
Since 2021, over 4,000 households have used local rental assistance in Multnomah County. By 2030, more than 10,000 households will have used local rental assistance.
That’s why we’re here. We provide property owners and managers with straightforward tools and real-time support to navigate local rental assistance programs.
We believe that landlords and tenants can succeed together. Making that possible requires practical solutions, clear communication, and a shift in how we work together. That’s the culture change we’re here to lead.
